DELIVERY METHODS:1. Pickup
Ordered items can be collected in person at the pickup point – online store luch.by at the address: Minsk, Independence Ave., 18, daily from 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM. Orders are kept for 3 days from the date of notification. If no response is received, the unpaid order will be cancelled.
Time and deadlines for delivery are agreed with the customer in advance by phone number provided when placing the order.
There is no minimum order value for pickup.
2. Courier delivery
a) Home delivery of watches. You may select up to 3 items for our courier to bring, so you can make your choice.
b) Contactless delivery. You can select watches, pay for them online at luch.by, and choose the contactless delivery option – our courier will contact you, and you will tell them where to leave your order.
COURIER DELIVERY COST AND TERMS:Courier delivery in Minsk is available within the MKAD ring road, as well as beyond the MKAD in the following neighborhoods: Novaya Borovaya, Uruchye, Kopishche.
Minimum order value for delivery is 90 BYN. For orders under 90 BYN, only pickup is available.
If the total order amount is from 90 to 599.99 BYN, the delivery cost is 19.90 BYN. For a one‑time purchase of goods totaling from 600 BYN, courier delivery is free.
You may select up to 3 items for our courier to bring, so you can make your choice. Even if you order several items but end up not choosing any of them for purchase, you will not have to pay for delivery.
After placing your order, a manager will contact you to agree on the delivery date and time.

Payment takes place within a few minutes.
Payment may not happen because:
- You have entered incorrect card details.
- The card has expired.
- There are not enough funds on the card.
- The bank has set a ban on online payments.
If the payment has failed:
- Try again in 20 minutes. The payment link is valid for 24 hours.
- Contact the bank that issued the card.
- Try to pay with another card.

If it is impossible to deliver the selected product to the client (lack of goods in the warehouse, or a marriage found), the money will be returned in full and without any commissions.
When paying with a bank payment card, the refund is made to the same card with which the payment was made.
