Ordered goods can be collected from the luch.by online store pickup point at: 18 Nezavisimosti Ave., Minsk, daily from 10:00 to 20:00.
Orders are stored for 3 days from the date the customer receives the notification. If no feedback is received from the customer, an unpaid order will be cancelled.
There is no minimum order amount for pickup. Pickup is free of charge.
2. Courier Delivery

You can select up to 3 items, which our courier will bring so that you can make your choice.b) Contactless delivery.

Payment takes place within a few minutes.
Payment may not happen because:
- You have entered incorrect card details.
- The card has expired.
- There are not enough funds on the card.
- The bank has set a ban on online payments.
If the payment has failed:
- Try again in 20 minutes. The payment link is valid for 24 hours.
- Contact the bank that issued the card.
- Try to pay with another card.
