1. PickupYou can also take the ordered goods at our pickup point. - the online shop “luch.by” at address: Minsk, Nezavisimosti avenue, 95. Working hours: Monday – Friday from 10:00 to 19:00. Below you can find the instruction for making an order and online payment.
2. Personal delivery
Now the option of delivering watches to the house is available to residents of Minsk. You can choose 3 models of watches, which will be brought by our courier so that you can make your choice. To order a courier, contact us by calling the online shop +375 (29) 272-51-56 and name the code numbers of the watch models you are interested in.
Order acceptance time (daily, seven days a week): 10:00 - 15:00 (delivery the same day) or с 15:00 - 19:00 (delivery the next day).
You can also choose a watch, pay for it online on “luch.by” and choose the option of contactless delivery - our courier will contact you and tell you exactly where to leave your order.
Cost and time of delivery
Delivery by courier is free of charge. Even if you ordered several models of watches, but did not choose any of them for purchase, you will not need to pay for delivery.
Delivery by courier is carried out in Minsk on Monday, Wednesday, Friday-Sunday from 11:00 to 19:00 at a time convenient for you.
3. Delivery in the Republic of BelarusWhen ordering from 70 BYN and paying online, the order will be delivered to any point in the Republic of Belarus free of charge using the RUE "Belpost ".
If the sum of the order is less than 70 BYN, then the cost of delivery in Belarus
will be from 8 BYNis temporarily free of charge, he delivery to the regions is possible by cash on delivery by RUE “Belpost” as an ordinary parcel according to current tariffs of RUE “Belpost”.
Notice that if you choose the delivery by a courier and pay the goods by cash, the fee will be to 3% of the sum of the payment (according to the conditions of RUE “Belpost”).
If you pay by a bank card through Single Settlement and Information Space (SSIS), the delivery will be done the next day after receipt money to our account.
Delivery terms by RUE “Belpost” are 4-6 bank working days.
4. Delivery abroad
Delivery of goods abroad is carried out after receiving payment and is carried out by:
а) RUE “Belpost”. Delivery terms of an ordinary delivery - up to 30 working days depending on the destination, temporarily free of charge. An expedited delivery - up to 15 working days, cost - 60 BYN for each piece of watches.
Б) CDEK (on the territory of Russia, Armenia and Kazakhstan). Delivery by courier - up to 10 working days. Pickup - Delivery of the order to one of the pickup points of the CDEK company.
Delivery cost will be calculated in your Cart and added to your order cost. So you’ll get the invoice including the cost of delivery abroad.
5. Missed deliveryIf an order isn’t delivered to a customer due to incorrect information (incorrect address, phone number, email, absence of the customer at the agreed time), the order will be cancelled and returned to the seller.
PAYMENT METHODS:Dear customers and our online shop users, here are some methods of payment for chosen goods. Be careful: regardless the chosen method, the payment can be made only in BYN.

Cases of refusal to make a payment:

If it is impossible to deliver the selected product to the customer (absence of goods in the warehouse, or detected defects), the funds are returned in full and without any commissions. According to the Law “About Consumer Rights Protection” of the Republic of Belarus watches and clocks of a good quality can’t be exchanged or returned. The return of money that was paid for the goods can’t be done.
